kuangningDid I forget to say before I left that the world was not supposed to change while I was away? And certainly not for the worse? It seems like things got rough for way too many people I care about in the last five days. I'll give hugs and snuggles where I can as soon as I can, but until then, here's my edict.
* You WILL do something nice for yourself asap.
* You WILL remember that you are wonderful.
* You WILL NOT call yourself anything not-nice.
* You WILL remember that at least one person thinks you're the cat's miaow.. (yes, I mean you...) and treat yourself as if you were taking care of something I treasure a lot... because you are.

Date: 2001-11-05 12:00 am (UTC)I figure it's just a general symptom of Things Going Bad generally, but we just don't notice if they happen gradually and we fix them as we go along.
The worst time was when I left in '97 and came back 3 months later... hoo boy.
