Despite a little bit of extra worry, with that unexpected roll... we just counted on replay... upwards of twenty individual rollovers, in one long twisty turny heart-in-throat minute or so... SpaceShipOne made and exceeded its target altitude. The landing seems to be proceeding smoothly enough, so I think I'm not being premature when I say they're halfway there.

I know I'm not going to be the only person watching with bated breath for the next flight. :)

Edit: And plane and pilot are back on land, safe and sound.
