Uh-oh.

Looks like Ivan's decided we needed a taste as well. We usually get the effects as 'canes pass by us. Ivan looks to be coming to visit, though. Hope everyone's okay over there. We just finished checking up on relatives in Florida, too.

Edit: updated link to point to an unchanged news report. Update says Ivan's probably going to miss Trinidad (which hasn't been directly hit by a hurricane in thirty years) but is still menacing Tobago.

Thanks. :) You need to watch which link you're replying to, I've noticed... you keep replying to other people's comments instead of the main post, like I used to do at first. It can be confusing sometimes.

*chuckles.* thanks. I think they'll need it -- they don't know how to really prepare for one, I don't think, it happens so seldom. Lots of board houses and galvanised iron sheets for roofing... it's going to be rough. I'm still high and dry in NC, of course.
