For the record.
Mar. 27th, 2002 03:42 pmIf you cheat on someone, and then come crying because the person you cheated with is cheating on you, I will laugh at you.
If you figuratively slap someone in the face who had the misfortune to care about you with your slutty behaviour, you don't have to wonder why I don't sympathise when someone hurts you the same way.
If you can't forgive, you have no business asking to be forgiven.
If you're only going to repeat the offense, don't bother apologising.
The way to show that someone means nothing to you is to leave them alone. Playing games of push-and-pull with someone else's affections only demonstrates that you're emotionally immature and vicious with it.
Even the best of uninvolved friends will make decisions on your character based on the stories you tell them. If you drip caring one day and vitriol the next toward the same unsuspecting person, that says more about you than you meant to tell.
Just a few thoughts.
