Here's how things stand for the moment. My day Did Not Start Well, beginning at, oh, 9:30 last night, with someone's demand that I quit my job.

I am not planning on acquiescing. I am also not planning on blowing five months of stability for all the niggling little things that seem to be cropping up today.

I am still in a surprisingly pleasant frame of mind. And I intend to stay that way. So if you have bad news aimed at me, now's not the time. If you're not in the greatest of moods yourself, know right now that I'm not in the right state of mind to be supportive. I'm going to be reading but not commenting - until I'm finished working out (read, crushing) a sufficient number of these annoyances.
