Oh, yes... before I forget? I played a dozen different songs and made twenty different screenshots of Sonique's LightMagic vis to get the one that became that background. The song that did it was Peter Gabriel's Red Rain. Because, well, who else on earth plays music to make an image she likes? ;)

what be all this? :)

when I want to do a new background, I tend to start layering 'difference clouds' on top of eachother until a shape begins to form. and then layer lots of filters on top of that. and *then* start trying to make it look pretty. sounds like music is a better starting place. :)

Meh. LJ trading cards are the latest bandwagon. :) As for the rest, I've spent enough time staring in awe at my sonique visualisation lately that I had to use it. :)
