See, I give her the benefit of the doubt on that. If white people, the majority of them, aren't willing or able to hear it from non-whites, then having another white person intercede is not a bad thing. She tried, and she meant well in the trying, even if she did get it wrong. I see that as okay, although then when you tell her where and how she got it wrong, how she responds to that is crucial.
