Thanks for the heads-up. While I really don't care if they know what kind of browser I use or what LJ pages I go to, I have great issues with them following offsite. Where I go when I leave LJ is really none of their business and I don't see how it can in any way help them build a better community here.

No, I don't mind at all, and that's the same objection I've got. Especially since according to them we're somehow responsible for the content of outside websites we link to, and they've proven they're ban-happy when it comes to Think Of The Children type stuff.
