One of Dougie MacLean's guitar strings has a slight burr to it, the faintest hint of a whine. One of the audience members had a slight cough. He has a habit of shifting the guitar on his lap ... and I can hear it. His fingers brush the wood and the guitar sings a little. It's like having a seat on the stage.
SO worth the small investment, yes.
