Nov. 29th, 2002 03:33 amall alone, I came into this world. all alone, I will someday die...
In between those two events... well. There have been and will be missed opportunities, disappointments, trials, irritations... but also love, joy, achievements, triumphs. And people along the way with whom to share them.
I wish I could go down the list today and thank each person who's ever made a difference in my life. But I would be sure to forget someone, when I finally thought I was done some seventy years from now. Instead, let me say this. I am blessed to have people in my life who share their thoughts, their joy, their sorrows, their words with me. I am equally blessed to have people who care about mine. I came home and got drafted into the fuss and mania of my family's idea of Thanksgiving, and this is the first chance I've had to sit and read my friends page. Some of you chafed under the expectations of the day. Some revelled in the togetherness, in the fun and the traditions. Almost all of you returned to this space, to include me and others in your experiences, in your life. I find that amazing, and humbling. For you, and for the others like you whom I do not know... I am thankful.
