Question: Do any of you know of a good online resource for learning/reviewing Math? Algebra and to a lesser extent Geometry, in particular. Placement testing and the final details of my registration at Wake Tech get taken care of on Monday, and given that my resources are finite, the more classes I can test out of, the better.

Classes start soon. The sound you hear is me whimpering in the corner. Going back to school after a decade away ranks right up there with getting on a Greyhound for a city I'd never seen with only one friend in it.

There are tons of websites for maths and algebra aimed at various levels, google should find you a range and then they'll likely link to others, the ones I've used have been UK-based and I'm hesitant to recommend them as sometimes approaches/terminology differs and this is not a time to be getting them mixed. Also, not sure what level you'd need. There's various school level ones for you to do online tests and brush up basic skills, that might be a good place to start if your maths is as rusty as mine was a couple of years ago, it was scary how much I'd forgotten though once I started learning again most of it came flooding back (blame that Forest and his science course!). Its amazing how much is out there for maths actually, the only way we got the hang of some complex statistical analysis for his current project was via a handout someone had put online showing a step-by-step approach.

Big scary stuff going back to school but yay that you're doing it, hope it all goes really well for you *Hugs*
